How does the premium subscription work?
The premium subscription is an exclusive offer to our subscribers. You will receive your standard free gifts, plus you will receive the collectible C-3PO and R2-D2 Figurines and the 2 Light side and the Dark side T-Shirts. All you have to pay is an extra $2.00 per issue from issue 2. (All prices include GST and Free Post & Packing – Aus only ). Issue 1 costs only $4.99 The regular premium price of issue 2 onwards is just $21.99. All prices include GST. There is no extra premium subscription charge for issue 1. The premium subscription offer is only available if your subscription starts before issue 10. After this issue only the standard offer is available.

If I take out a premium subscription, will I still receive gifts from the standard subscription?
Yes, as a premium subscriber you will receive the 5 free subscription gifts in addition to these fantastic gifts:

When my premium subscription begins, from which issue will I start paying the additional $2.00?
You will start paying the extra $2.00 from Issue 2 onwards, excluding Issue 1. If you subscribe from Issue 3 or any later issue, you will still be charged $2.00 for previous issues, but excluding issue 1.
I want to cancel my premium subscription. Am I entitled to a refund for the premium payments that I have already paid?
If you have not yet received your premium subscription deliveries you will be able entitled to a refund.

No, the premium subscription gifts will only be available to you if you have an active premium subscription.

The cost for a digital subscription is an extra $1.50 per issue including the first issue.
How to order Digital Editions
Select ‘Paper & Digital Version’ when ordering. You will receive a confirmation with a registration link and further instructions within 2 days.
On which devices can I read the digital editions?
Digital Magazines are compatible with all iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch), and Android Tablets only. We are working on making them available on other platforms soon.
When will I get access to the digital versions of my files?
Once you’ve activated your subscription and registered with the app De Agostini Digital Editions, you can immediately download the first issue of the collection into your library. You can download the following issues as soon as they become available.
The digital files have already appeared in my library, but my package hasn’t arrived yet
Generally, the digital issues are made available before the paper versions are received. This gives you the chance to explore your collection early.
Why is there a fee applied to the digital subscriptions?
With regards to digital editions, DeAgostini has introduced this service as an optional extra to complement your postal subscription. This has merited considerable investment within DeAgostini Publishing in terms of both rights clearance, and the provision of a digital edition platform that is available across all countries where we publish. As such, DeAgostini have applied a small charge on each issue to cover this investment, with a view to offering this additional service to all our customers on future publications.

Are there binders for the Build your own R2-D2 series?
Yes there are binders for this series. The binders will be delivered to you for $14.99 when due in the series. Each binder holds 15 issues. You can opt out of receiving binders as part of your subscription or purchase online.
What is the Frequency of the Build your own R2-D2 series?
Build your own R2-D2 is published weekly. If you have a subscription, we will send you 4 issues every 4 weeks. If you have not yet taken out a subscription visit www.deagostini.com.au/buildR2D2.
Can I get the free gifts without subscribing to Build your own R2-D2?
Free gifts are only available to subscribers. In addition to receiving free gifts, subscribing is more convenient as we will send your issues direct to your door to ensure that you never miss an issue. Along with your magazines, subscribers receive the following fantastic free gifts as follows::

When will I be able to download the FREE App to remote control my model?
The Build Your Own R2-D2 App will be available towards the end of your collection once your model will be ready to be remotely controlled. The App will be FREE to download.
Are batteries included?
Batteries are not included with this build up series. We recommend using rechargeable batteries. The droid comes with his own charging station which hooks up to the power port – and when energy levels become low, the warning lights will indicate the need to recharge your droid.

I have not had confirmation of my subscription?
If you have subscribed via our website you should receive an email confirmation when you place your order.
If you have subscribed via an order form or by post, you will then receive a welcome pack within 14 working days. This pack contains further information about your subscription including your account number which you will need to keep handy when contacting customer services so that they can deal with your query speedily. You can now check your account online and see what we have sent to you, which issues have been paid for, and any outstanding balance. Please click here to log in to ‘My Subscriptions’”. If you have not yet registered, it only takes a few minutes.
What methods of payment can I use to pay for my subscription?
Subscribing is easy and paying for your collection is even easier. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Visa Debit, or you can pay by Direct Debit. Unfortunately we currently do not accept Maestro, Electron or Solo
How do I cancel my subscription?
You are free to cancel at any time, all we ask for is 28 days notice as we may have recently sent you a subscription delivery. To cancel your account, please telephone our friendly customer service on
(03) 9872 4000 who will be happy to complete your request.. Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Can I check my subscription status online?
Yes, you can now access ‘My Subscriptions’ by following this link. You will need to register to access your collections and this will only take a few moments. You will be able to see the following information. • Check what you have paid for and see if there is anything outstanding
• Automatically add magazine subscriptions to your ‘My Subscriptions’ profile
• Manually add any missing magazine subscriptions
• Print a copy of your deliveries and payments
• Check to see which payment and delivery details we have for each of your subscriptions.
I have not received all my issues, how can I check if they have been sent?
We are sorry to hear that you have not received all your issues. We aim to send deliveries out every 30 days and in some cases more frequently. You can view your account online and check to see if we have sent them out, please click here.
If you have not yet registered, it only takes a few minutes. If you have recently subscribed please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of your first parcel.
Some parcels that we send out which include gifts, magazine binders, or DVD storage boxes may be too large to fit through letter boxes. If you have an arrangement with your postman to leave large items in a secure place i.e. the side of your house or in a porch, please check there before contacting us.
If Australia Post have attempted to deliver a large parcel and there is nowhere suitable to leave it, they may have returned it to your local sorting office. Please check to see if they have left a ‘We tried to deliver’ card which should have your sorting office contact details on it.
If you have not received a card, it is still worth contacting the sorting office as Australia Post may not have left a card. If you have checked your account online and the issue you are waiting for does not show, we may currently be out of stock on this particular item.
If we are, don’t worry, it will automatically be sent to you as soon as it’s available. If we are out of stock, there’s no need to contact us as we will have a note on your account to remind us to send it when it comes in.

I have not had a response to my email, when will I get a reply?
We are sorry that we have not yet replied to your email. We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours, however if we need to investigate your question it may take longer. Please also drop us a message via our Facebook Page
If I pay for my subscription by credit card/ debit card or Direct Debit, when will the money be taken from my account?
We will debit your credit card or bank account after we have sent you a delivery. There is no fixed date that we will do this but it will be approximately every 30 days, unless notified otherwise. If you are paying by direct debit, please check on the delivery note included with your parcel as this will specify a date on or around when your account will be debited.
I cannot log in to my account, what do I do?
You can now access ‘My Subscriptions’ and view your account online, however, you do need to register to view it. Please click here to go to the ‘My Subscriptions’ home page where you can register. Registration only takes a few moments. Once registered, we will send an email to you to confirm your email address. For your security, you will need to click the link in the email to validate your email account, only then will you be able to view your subscriptions. If you have not received emails from us before, please check your spam folder within your email application such as Hotmail or Yahoo! as it may have been sent there. Please add us to your safe senders list too. If you have previously registered but have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten Your Password. You will be prompted for your email address and will then be asked your security question that you entered when you registered. You will be able to see the following information.
• Check what you have paid for and see if there is anything outstanding
• Automatically add magazine subscriptions to your ‘My Subscriptions’ profile
• Manually add any missing magazine subscriptions
• Print a copy of your deliveries and payments

How can I create my own Subscriber Account?
You will need to click on the Login to Your Account link on the upper right of Bissett’s site: www.bissettmags.com.au. This is accessible from every page.
You will then need to click on Click here to create a new account and follow the prompts. Please note, if you have an existing subscription you will be able to link the subscription to your new account when signing up.
